Exchange Policy
At Just Jadau, we offer a 2.5-year exchange policy from the date of delivery. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition with the original bill and must not show any signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, customization, or repair. Broken jewelry, missing or loose stones, or products mishandled after delivery are not eligible for exchange. All exchange requests are subject to a quality inspection and approval by our team.
