Shipping (India)

We provide free shipping across India. Ready stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days in major cities. Delivery to remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

Custom / Made-to-Order jewellery requires a production time of 1–2 months, depending on design complexity.

All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners, are fully insured, and require signature confirmation upon delivery.

International Shipping

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery is generally attempted within 10 working days after dispatch. Any applicable customs duties or taxes must be paid by the customer.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 25 months from the date of purchase, subject to verification and condition of the product. The customer must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order with a valid reason.

For international returns, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Jewellery Care

To maintain shine and durability, store jewellery wrapped in soft cotton cloth and avoid contact with perfume, water, or moisture.
