Exchange Policy

At Just Jadau, we offer a 2.5-month (75 days) exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Exchange Conditions:

• The product must be free from any damage, including scratches, dents, breakage, or loose/missing stones

• The jewelry must be returned in its original condition

• Altered, resized, or repaired jewelry will not be eligible for exchange

• Original packaging and tags must be intact and returned with the product

Not Eligible for Exchange:

• Damaged or broken jewelry

• Jewelry showing signs of wear and tear

• Products that have been altered or mishandled after delivery
  
  Exchange approval is subject to a quality inspection by our team.
