At Just Jadau, we offer a 2.5 years exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Exchange Conditions:

The product must be free from any damage, including scratches, dents, breakage, or loose/missing stones

The jewelry must be returned in its original condition

Cutomized, Altered, resized, or repaired jewelry will not be eligible for exchange

Original bill must be intact and returned with the product
Not Eligible for Exchange:

Damaged or broken jewelry

Jewelry showing signs of wear and tear

Products that have been altered or mishandled after delivery
Exchange approval is subject to a quality inspection by our team.
