Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

We are happy to provide free shipping on all orders for delivery within India. We strive to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We currently deliver to select cities across India. Shipping time is 3 – 5 business days for “Available in Stock” items for all cities in India, and for pin codes away from cities the delivery may take up to 7 business days, but we will try to complete the delivery within in 5 business days, and 10 – 15 business days for “Custom Design” or Made To Order items for cities all over India.

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed logistics partners such as Sequel Logistics, Blue Dart, BVC, and India Post.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or the packaging has been tampered with or is damaged, please do not accept it.

We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature confirmation from the recipient.

 Your order will only be shipped once the issuing bank approves your payment. You may be required to send a scanned copy of your ID for proof of shipping address to email us or WhatsApp +91- 9110703859 prior to shipping of the Product.

To ensure that your order arrives safely, the courier will require a signature from the recipient on delivery.

Our customer service may contact you for additional information if required. After your order is shipped, you will obtain an order tracking number via email. You can track your shipment online on the website order tracking option or you can also track by visiting the logistic partner website in which the shipment has been done.

International Shipping Policy

We use reputed couriers such as India Post, BVC Logistics, and Sequel for International Shipping with a guarantee that the first attempt for delivery will be made within 10 working days of placing the order by you, provided such delivery is not delayed by any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. The shipment would be delivered by partners of these couriers in your country – which is typically the national postal service of the destination country. The actual delivery date may vary based on the service levels of the local shipping partners of these couriers.

For international orders, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page, and all shipments will be despatched outside India. The customer has to bear the shipping & handling charges plus any duty as applicable at the destination. All shipments of jewellery exported from India need to be cleared by the Indian customs office.

Products along with their complete documentation are filed with the authorized officer of the Indian customs office for inspection, examination, and assessment of shipment will be done then only the shipment will be delivered to your shipping address.
